We are presently looking for the following Positions:

Sales – CPD Advisor

Salary expectation is £20k p.a. plus bonus/commission potential.

The Position

  • We are looking to recruit a CPD Advisor for our in-house sales team.
  • As part of a successful team, you will be expected to handle incoming telephone calls and make outgoing sales calls to convert enquiries into course bookings.
  • You must possess good listening skills and be able to pick up on important pieces of information and up-sell, making recommendations for relevant training courses. As the role is mainly telephone based, it is preferred that you have previous experience*.
  • Ideally, you will be IT literate and have experience of working with a database*. You will be of a creative, innovative nature and be prepared to contribute new ideas and increase sales. You will be personable and helpful and be prepared to go above and beyond the expectations of our customers.

We work a 37.5 hour week Mon to Friday and work on shift rotations between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.
